Stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, are at an all time high and it can be overwhelming and isolating dealing these issues alone. My passion is working with parents, children, teens, and young adults to navigate the hardships that we all experience. I believe healing is achieved when individuals experience a relationship full of empathy and support, while also exploring their feelings and behaviors that can contribute to change. I started working in the field counseling college age individuals for the past 3 years and recently expanded to working with children and teens. I'm trained in researched based methods of EMDR and Trauma Focused CBT for individuals who are wanting process their trauma. I also offer play therapy for children 12 and under. Therapy can be intimidating at times, it is important to me that I create an atmosphere that is warm, non-judgmental, and full of hope. We all want to be heard and validated and to know that we matter. I welcome individuals who are ready for healing and change. Feel free to reach out!
